Common use of Business Relationships Clause in Contracts

Business Relationships. There are no business relationships or related party transactions involving the Company or any other person required to be described in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus that have not been described. Without limiting the generality of the immediately preceding sentence, no relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Company on the one hand, and the directors, officers and stockholders of the Company on the other hand, that is required to be described in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and that is not so described. Except as described in the Registration Statement, Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, since inception, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary, has directly or indirectly, extended or maintained credit, arranged to extend credit, or renewed any extension of credit, in the form of a personal loan, to or for any director, executive officer of the Company or any Subsidiary, or to or for any family member or affiliate of any director, executive officer or Manager of the Company or any Subsidiary.
