Common use of Business Requirements Clause in Contracts

Business Requirements. Borrower will preserve and maintain its present existence and good standing in jurisdictions where Xxxxxxxx is organized and operates. Borrower will continue its business or activities as presently conducted, by obtaining licenses, permits and bonds where needed. Borrower will obtain Xxxxxx’s prior written consent before ceasing business or engaging in any line of business that is materially different from its present business.
