Common use of Business Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Business Restrictions. Except as otherwise approved by the Majority Lenders (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld in the case of clause 28.12 (Distributions and other payments)) the Borrower undertakes that this clause 28 will be complied with by and in respect of the Borrower or, as the case may be, each Owner or the Parent, throughout the Facility Period.

Business Restrictions. 27.1 Except as otherwise approved by the Majority Lenders (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld in the case of clause 28.12 (Distributions and other payments)) Lenders, the Borrower and (with effect from the date upon which the shares in such Owner are acquired by the Borrower pursuant to the Purchase Contract) each Owner undertakes that this clause 28 27 will be complied with by and in respect of the Borrower or, as the case may be, each Owner or the Parent, relevant party throughout the Facility Period.
