Tax Liens. As of the Closing Date, there is no lien against the related Financed Vehicle for delinquent taxes.
Tax Liens. There are no Tax liens upon the assets of the Company or any Company Subsidiary except liens for Taxes not yet due.

Tax Liens. As of the Cutoff Date, there is no lien against any Financed Vehicle for delinquent taxes.
Tax Liens. No Encumbrance for Taxes exists with respect to any assets or properties of any of the Acquired Corporations, nor will any such encumbrances exist at Closing except for statutory liens for Taxes not yet due.

Tenant shall keep the Property free and clear of all liens from Taxes and Impositions (except for those created by or through Landlord) and shall, subject to Section 4(c) below, cause the prompt discharge of all liens from Taxes and Impositions (except for those created by or through Landlord) imposed on the Property.
