Common use of Business Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Business Vehicle. If CONTRACTOR, or any employee or agent thereof, utilizes a motor vehicle in performing any of the work or services identified in Attachment A (Scope of Work), the CONTRACTOR shall procure and maintain in force throughout the duration of this Contract, a business auto liability insurance policy with minimum coverage levels of $300,000.00 per occurrence, combined single limit for bodily injury liability and property damage liability. The coverage shall include all CONTRACTOR-owned vehicles and all hired and non-owned vehicles used in performing under this Contract.
