Common use of Business with the Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Business with the Credit Parties. Each of the Agents may accept deposits from, lend money to or provide advisory or other services to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any of the Credit Parties whether or not it may or does lead to a conflict with the interests of any of the Secured Creditors and may do so without any obligation to account to or disclose any such arrangements to any person.
