Common use of Buy American and Hire American Clause in Contracts

Buy American and Hire American. All Subrecipients are required to comply with any application provisions of the Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. Sections 8301 through 8305), and any other applicable statutes, regulations, or rules that require, or provide a preference for, the purchase or acquisition of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States.
