Common use of BUY AMERICAN PROVISIONS COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

BUY AMERICAN PROVISIONS COMPLIANCE. To the extent applicable, Supplier must comply with all applicable provisions of the Buy American Act. Purchases made in accordance with the Buy American Act must follow the applicable procurement rules calling for free and open competition.

The Participating Entity will notify Vendor’s dealer if Buy American provisions apply and, if applicable, the dealer will work with Xxxxxx to provide content analysis and a certificate of content compliance (analysis will vary based on the equipment selected).
