Compliance with Rules and Policies. The Executive shall perform all services in accordance with the lawful policies, procedures and rules established by the Company and the Board. In addition, the Executive shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations that are generally applicable to the Company or its subsidiaries and their respective employees, directors and officers.

Compliance with Rules and Policies. Employee shall comply with all of the rules, regulations, and policies of Employer now or hereinafter in effect. He shall promptly and faithfully do and perform any and all other duties and responsibilities which he may, from time to time, be directed to do by the Board of Directors of Employee, the Chief Executive Officer of Employer, or the President of Employer, or their respective designee(s).

Compliance with Rules and Policies. I understand and agree that I am expected to carefully review and comply with (1) all the rules and policies of the sites and schools at which I serve; (2) all FoodCorps policies, rules, procedures, handbooks, manuals, and guidelines of FoodCorps (collectively called “FoodCorps Rules and Policies”); and (3) all AmeriCorps rules, procedures, prohibited activities, and guidelines that pertain to service members. FoodCorps reserves the right to change or update the FoodCorps Rules and Policies at any time. Violation of such rules may result in termination of service.
