Buyer Conditions Precedent. Subject to the expiry of the applicable grace periods set out below, the obligation of the Buyer to purchase the Aircraft on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement is conditional upon satisfaction in full, on the Delivery Date, of the following conditions, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer:
