Effectiveness and Term. 5.1 This Agreement is executed on the date first above written and shall take effect as of such date. Unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or relevant agreements separately executed between the Parties, the term of this Agreement shall be 10 years. After the execution of this Agreement, both Parties shall review this Agreement every 3 months to determine whether to amend or supplement the provisions in this Agreement based on the actual circumstances at that time.
5.2 The term of this Agreement may be extended if confirmed in writing by Party A prior to the expiration thereof. The extended term shall be determined by Party A, and Party B shall accept such extended term unconditionally.
Effectiveness and Term. 4.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of its execution.
4.2 The term of this Agreement is ten (10) years. This Agreement may be extended for another ten (10) years upon Party A’s written confirmation prior to the expiration of this Agreement, and so forth thereafter.
4.3 During the term provided in Section 4.2, if Party A or Party C is terminated at expiration of their respective operation term (including any extension of such term) or by any other reason, this Agreement shall be terminated upon such termination.
Effectiveness and Term. 6.1 This Agreement shall be concluded and take effect on the date hereof.
6.2 The term of this Agreement is ten (10) years unless early termination in accordance with this Agreement is initiated or terms of other relevant agreements entered into by the Parties. This Agreement may be extended through the written notice by Party A before the expiration of this Agreement. The term of extension will be decided by Party A.
6.3 If Party A or Party C’s operation term expires (including any extensions and grace periods) or is otherwise terminated prior to the expiration of this Agreement as set forth in Section 6.2, this Agreement shall be terminated simultaneously, except where Party A has transferred its rights and obligations in accordance with Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
Effectiveness and Term. 9.1. This Agreement is signed and effective on the date first written above. Unless early terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or relevant agreement concluded between the Parties, the term of this Agreement shall be ten (10) years.
9.2. The term of this Agreement shall automatically extend for ten (10) years upon its expiry, unless the Parties hereto otherwise agree and enter into a written agreement.
Effectiveness and Term. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date hereof (the “Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect until the third (3rd) anniversary of the Effective Date, except that, beginning on the second anniversary of the Effective Date and on each anniversary thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or the Executive provides the other party with sixty (60) days’ prior written notice before the applicable anniversary that the term of this Agreement shall not be so extended. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a Change in Control during the term of this Agreement (whether the original term or the term as extended), this Agreement shall not thereafter terminate, and the term hereof shall be extended, until the Company and its Subsidiaries have performed all their obligations hereunder with no future performance being possible; provided, however, that this Agreement shall only be effective with respect to the first Change in Control that occurs during the term of this Agreement.
Effectiveness and Term. 7.1 This Agreement is signed by the Parties and shall enter into force on the date first written above, and its Term should be ten (10) years unless it is early terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof.
7.2 Unless Party A notifies Party B in writing that it does not agree to do so, this Agreement shall be extended automatically by ten (10) years after the expiration of the Term and each expiration hereof thereafter. Party B shall have no right to dispute such extension.
Effectiveness and Term. This Agreement is effective as of the date first set forth above and from the date when the pledge is recorded on the Company’s Register of Shareholders.
