Buyer Information During Design and Construction. By the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar quarter following the date of this Agreement and continuing until the Commercial Operation Date, the Supplier shall provide the Buyer with quarterly progress reports in a form agreed to by the Parties describing the status of efforts made by the Supplier to meet each Milestone Date and the progress of the design and construction work. At the Buyer’s request, the Supplier shall provide an opportunity for the Buyer to meet with appropriate personnel of the Supplier to discuss and assess the contents of any such quarterly progress report.
