Common use of Buyer Invoices Clause in Contracts

Buyer Invoices. If at any time the Seller owes any amount to the Buyer (including, without limitation, payments pursuant to Sections 11.2, 17.1, 17.2, 18.2 and 19.2, the Buyer shall send the Seller an invoice for such amount. The Seller shall pay any amount of such invoice that is undisputed within thirty (30) days after receipt by wire transfer of immediately available funds. If the thirtieth (30th) day is not a Business Day, the payment shall be due on the next Business Day. Wire transfer instructions shall be provided on each invoice. Late payments shall be subject to an interest charge equal to the Default Rate at that time from the date due until paid in full.
