Common use of Buyer Must Settle Clause in Contracts

Buyer Must Settle. The Buyer may not refuse to: (a) settle this Contract; or (b) pay any part of the Purchase Price, because of any defect in the Buildings, the Lot or the Facilities whether due to defective materials, workmanship or any other cause at all unless the defect means the Buyer is unable to occupy the Lot (as to which a certificate from the Seller’s Project Manager shall be conclusive evidence).
