Buyer supplied software, equipment, or personnel. In the event that the availability or functioning (as well as non- availability or non-functioning) of Buyer supplied software, equipment, or personnel delays negatively impacts the manufacturing process, including testing, Buyer agrees to be liable for all additional costs to Seller which may result, including delays to project schedule.
