Buyer’s Acknowledgement and Release Related to Environmental Representations and Warranties. (a) Except for the Seller Group Companies’ representations and warranties expressly set forth in Section 3.19 of this Agreement, as reliance thereon and enforcement thereof is expressly limited thereby, Buyer waives, and the Seller Group Companies disclaim, all warranties of any type or kind whatsoever with respect to Environmental Liabilities with respect to the Facilities, whether express or implied. The representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.19 of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date until sixty (60) days after the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.
