Buyer's Documents Delivered at Closing. Subject to the conditions set -------------------------------------- forth in this Agreement, at the Closing, simultaneous with Target's delivery of documents pursuant to Section 2.9 hereof, Buyer shall deliver all of the following documents, certificates and instruments, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Target and its counsel:
Buyer's Documents Delivered at Closing. (a) Section 2.10(a) of the Original Agreement is amended by inserting, after the word "Agreement" the words ", this First Amendment".
