Common use of Buyer’s Investigation Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Investigation. Buyer's reasonable satisfaction with the results of Buyer's due diligence investigation including but not limited to (a) A satisfactory assessment of the business; competition and the market; (b) Buyer's satisfaction with the Financial Statements and other financial books and records of the Company; (c) Buyer's approval of the equipment, furniture, intellectual property and the Company's inventory (collectively referred to as the "Assets"); (d) Buyer's satisfaction with the results of the investigation into any potential environmental or occupational, safety and health issues which may affect the viability of the Company; and (e) Buyer's satisfaction with the results of interviews with key employees, customers, suppliers and creditors of the Company which shall take place at time and place agreed upon by Buyer and Seller.
