Buyer’s Liability to Pay Claims. Buyer shall not be liable to make payment in respect of any claim for an additional payment unless Seller has complied with each and all of the requirements of this article 32, whether as to the time within which claims must be made and/or information provided or otherwise, it being acknowledged and agreed that the absence of complete compliance herewith will involve significant prejudice to Buyer.
