Common use of Buyer's Permits Clause in Contracts

Buyer's Permits. Buyer holds, and is in compliance with, or on or prior to the Closing Date will hold, and from and after the Closing Date will comply with, all permits, certificates, licenses and other authorizations of all Governmental Authorities that Buyer requires in order to own, lease, maintain and operate the Purchased Assets (collectively, "Buyer's Permits").
