Common use of Buyer’s Power to Delegate Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Power to Delegate. Buyer may at any time and from time to time delegate to its representative (the “Buyer’s Representative”) any of its duties and obligations (other than its payment obligations) under the Agreement. Except as explicitly provided herein, any written decision, instruction or order given by Buyer’s Representative to Seller in accordance with such delegation shall have the same effect as though it had been given by Buyer.
