Common use of Buyer’s Remedy and Seller’s Obligation Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Remedy and Seller’s Obligation. The Buyer's remedy and Seller's obligation and liability under this Paragraph 11 are limited to, at the Seller's expense, the repair, replacement or correction of, any defective Seller Part, ***. The Seller, at its option, may furnish a credit to the Buyer for the future purchase of Seller Parts equal to the price at which the Buyer is then entitled to acquire a replacement for the defective Seller Part. The provisions of Subclauses 12.1.5, 12.1.6, 12.1.7 and 12.1.8 of the Agreement will, as applicable, also apply to this Paragraph 11.
