The Suspension shall terminate upon any change in laws, rules or regulations that would allow a Seller Representative to enter into Buyer’s country. If it is required by the civil authorities in Buyer’s country that the Buyer provide any documentation or take other action to obtain the permits or authorizations necessary for the Seller’s Representative to work and live in the Buyer’s or its Operator country, then Buyer . Failure of the Seller to obtain the necessary documents shall provide relieve the same so long as it is at no out-of-pocket cost Seller of any obligation to the Buyer. 15.2.7 The Buyer or its Operator shall reimburse to provide the assistance required under this paragraph, then (i) Seller’s obligation to provide a Seller Representative to Buyer shall be suspended during any period that the Seller Representative is denied charges, taxes, duties, imposts or levies of any kind whatsoever, imposed by the right to work and live in authorities of the Buyer’s country as a result upon: • the entry into or exit from the Buyer’s or its Operator’s country of such failure the Seller Representatives and (ii) [*]their families, • the entry into or the exit from the Buyer’s or its Operator’s country of the Seller Representatives and their families’ personal property, • the entry into or the exit from the Buyer’s or its Operator’s country of the Seller’s property, for the purpose of providing the Seller Representatives services.

Buyer’s Support. 15.3.1 15.2.1 From the date of arrival of the first Seller Representative and for the duration of the assignment, the Buyer shall provide [*] free of charge a suitable lockable office, conveniently located with respect to the Buyer’s maintenance facilities, with complete office furniture and equipment including telephone, internet, email and facsimile connections for the sole use of the Seller Representative(s) for business purposes relating to the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement). All related communication costs shall be borne by the Seller upon receipt by the Seller of all relevant justifications, however the Buyer shall not impose on the Seller any charges other than the direct cost of such communications.

15.3.4 15.2.4 Should the Buyer request any Seller Representative referred to in Clause 15.2 15.1 above to travel on business to a city other than his usual place of assignment, the Buyer shall be responsible for all related transportation costs and expenses.
15.3.5 15.2.5 Absence of an assigned Seller Representative during normal statutory vacation periods are covered by the Seller Representatives as defined in Clause 15.1.4 and as such are accounted against the total allocation provided in Appendix A hereto.

15.3.6 If the Seller has taken all reasonable actions to fulfil the requirements of the applicable civil authorities of the Buyer’s country those documents that are necessary to permit the Seller Representative to live and work and live in Buyer’s country and is nonetheless unable to obtain such permission for reasons that are not personal and specific to such Seller Representative, the Seller’s obligation to provide a Seller Representative to the Buyer in Buyer’s country under Clause 15.2.1 shall be suspended (the “Suspension”). In the event that such permission is denied to such Seller Representative for reasons personal and specific to such Seller Representative, the Seller shall provide a substitute Seller Representative without such disqualifying attributes.
