Common use of Buyers Clause in Contracts

Buyers. KDDI may extend this Agreement for use by other Buyer Subsidiaries, Parent Companies or partners. Buyer shall not have any liability or responsibility for performance by any other purchaser electing to use this Agreement.

Nevertheless, all Buyers hereunder hereby acknowledge and agree to accept and comply with any and all applicable end user agreements, end user license agreements, terms of use, and/or acceptable user policy, which are required and/or mandated by the manufactures, their distributors, and/or service providers.
