By Company. If GovGuam fails to make any Premium payment within fifteen (15) days after receipt of a written notice of non-payment from Company, Company may terminate this Agreement by providing at least fifteen (15) days prior written notice of termination to GovGuam and all Subscribers under this Agreement.
