Common use of By County Clause in Contracts

By County. Subject to and contingent upon annual appropriation by the County Council and except for work necessitated by reason of Licensee’s negligent or wrongful act, the County agrees to provide within the Licensed Premises, at the County’s sole cost and expense the services listed below. All such services shall be provided and performed at the same level and manner as provided and performed for all similar Xxxxxxxxxx County serviced properties.
