For Convenience. By written notice, this Contract may be terminated at any time by the State for convenience upon sixty (60) days written notice or other specified period without penalty or other early termination charges due. Such termination of the Contract shall not affect any project or Purchase Order that has been issued under the Contract prior to the date of such termination. If the Contract is terminated pursuant to this subdivision, the Authorized User shall remain liable for all accrued but unpaid charges incurred through the date of the termination.
