By Data User. Data User may not assign its rights or delegate or subcontract any of its duties under this Agreement without written permission from Yale. Data User will remain responsible to Yale for the performance of any delegated or subcontracted services authorized by Yale just as though Data User had performed them itself. Data User will ensure that such agreements require compliance with applicable provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the following Sections 3 Rights of Use of Data, 4 Data Access, 5 Confidentiality of Data, 6 Subject Protection, 7 Reporting and Use of Results and 8 Publication.
