BY DEPARTMENT FOR NON-AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. If the funds the Department relied upon to establish this Contract are withdrawn or reduced, or if new or modified conditions are placed on such funds, the Secretary may terminate this Contract immediately. If this Contract is so terminated, the Department shall be liable only for payment in accordance with the terms of this Contract for services rendered prior to the effective date of termination.
