Health. Overcoming or managing one’s disease(s) as well as living in a physically and emotionally healthy way;
Health. The Executive is in good health and knows of no physical or mental disability that, with any accommodation that may be required by law and that places no undue burden on the Company, would prevent the Executive from fulfilling the Executive’s obligations hereunder. The Executive agrees, if the Company requests, to submit to reasonable periodic medical examinations by a physician or physicians designated by, paid for and arranged by the Company. The Executive agrees that each examination’s medical report shall be provided to the Company.
Health. I represent that I am in good health and proper physical condition to safely participate in the Event. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to make such determination and that I am responsible for my own well-being at all times while participating in the Event.

Health. 1. The Parties agree to cooperate in the health sector covering the areas of health system reform, major communicable diseases and other health threats, non-communicable diseases, and international health agreements with a view to improving health conditions and raising the level of public health.
Health. All personnel shall be in good health and free of contagious diseases. Contractor shall not allow any person(s) under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the premises or in the building. Neither shall the Contractor allow the use or presence of alcohol or drugs on the premises or in the building.
Health. 24.4 Eligible employees and eligible family members as defined by XxxXXXX shall continue to receive health benefits offered through the CalPERS system for the life of this Agreement. Payment for those benefits shall be based on rates established by CalPERS for participating members. The Employer contribution shall be based upon the formula as provided in Government Code Section 22871, and any changes to the employee contribution shall be effective on the date required under this Section even if it occurs during the life of this Agreement. The contract does not supersede the Government Code as it applies to CalPERS law.
Health. The Parties agree to encourage mutual cooperation, information exchange and the sharing of policy experiences in the fields of health and effective management of cross-border health problems. TITLE IХ INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK
Health. An application for leave of absence for reasons of personal health in excess of time for which sick leave benefits are due must be supported by the written recommendations of a licensed physician or health practitioner.
