Common use of By Employee Without Cause Clause in Contracts

By Employee Without Cause. Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause upon written notice. At the time of such termination, Company will pay to Employee the amount of compensation determined under Section 2.1, such amounts to be adjusted pro rata for the portion of the term of the Agreement completed on the date of termination. Employee shall also be entitled to reimbursement pursuant to Section 2.2 for expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder prior to termination.

At Upon termination of his employment pursuant to this Subsection, the time of such termination, Company will pay to Employee the amount of compensation determined under Section 2.1, such amounts to be adjusted pro rata for the any portion of Employee's salary at the term of then current rate and benefits, if any, accrued but unpaid from the Agreement completed on last monthly payment date to the date of termination. Employee shall also be entitled to reimbursement pursuant to paid expense reimbursements under Section 2.2 hereof for expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder prior to termination.

At the time of such termination, Company will pay to Employee the amount of compensation determined under Section 2.1, such amounts to be adjusted pro rata for the portion of the term of the Agreement completed on the date of termination, and offset by periodic compensation previously made to Employee with respect to such term of the Agreement. Employee shall also be entitled to reimbursement pursuant to Section 2.2 for expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder prior to termination.
