BY EMPLOYERS WITHOUT CAUSE. The Employers may terminate this Agreement without "cause" (as hereinafter defined) at any time following the Effective Date, provided that the Employers first deliver to Executive the Employers' written election to terminate this Agreement at least 90 days prior to the effective date of termination.
