Common use of By Executive Clause in Contracts

By Executive. Executive may terminate his employment with the Company at any time, upon providing thirty (30) days advance notice, either with or without Good Reason. In the event Executive terminates his employment with the Company with Good Reason, such notice shall specify the grounds for such termination, and the Company shall have the opportunity to cure such grounds for termination in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.1(e).

By Executive. (a) Executive may terminate his employment with without Good Reason by providing a Notice of Termination to the Company at any time, upon providing least thirty (30) days advance noticeprior to the Date of Termination. (b) Upon termination by Executive of his employment, either with or without Good Reason. In Executive shall be entitled to receive the event Executive terminates his employment with the Company with Good Reason, such notice shall specify the grounds for such termination, and the Company shall have the opportunity to cure such grounds for termination Accrued Amounts payable in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.1(e5.1(a).
