By Expiration of Agreement. This Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate upon the date of the expiration of the then-current Term in the event either party elects not to renew the then-current Term pursuant to Section 3.1. In the event the employment of the Executive is terminated by the expiration of the then-current Term, the Executive shall be entitled to receive only the payments referred to in Section 3.3(a) hereof.
