Role of Employee. Employee shall be available to consult with the Board of Directors, the officers of the Company, and the heads of the administrative staff, at reasonable times, concerning matters pertaining to the financial organization of the related matters, the selection and retaining of institutional financial organizations, the relationship of the Company with those organizations. Employee shall represent the Company, its Board of Directors, its officers or any other members of the Company in any transactions or communications.

Role of Employee. Upon request, employees will receive a copy of their job description from their manager. Employees can request of their Manager that their job description be rewritten and reevaluated due to changes in the required duties and responsibilities.

  • EMPLOYEE Employee’s rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be transferable by Employee by assignment or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company; provided, however, that if Employee shall die, all amounts then payable to Employee hereunder shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to Employee’s devisee, legatee, or other designee, or if there be no such designee, to Employee’s estate.
