Common use of By Expiration of the Term Clause in Contracts

By Expiration of the Term. Upon expiration of the Term, if Executive’s employment with the Company terminates at the expiration of the Term, Executive shall be paid the Final Compensation on the next regular payroll period following his Termination Date. If the expiration of the Term was the result of the Company issuance of a notice of non-renewal to Executive pursuant to Section 2, then, in addition to paying Executive the Final Compensation, Executive shall be paid the Severance at the same time and subject to the same terms as described in Section 5.4 hereof. Any obligation of the Company to provide Executive the Severance is conditioned on Executive signing, delivering the Release to the Company and not revoking the Release as provided therein within sixty (60) days of his Termination Date.
