By Infinity. Infinity shall have the right to grant sublicenses of the rights granted to it under Section 2.1(a), (b), (c) and (d) of this Agreement to its Affiliates or any Third Party, through multiple tiers (with respect to Section 2.1(b) and (c) only to the extent permitted under the Navy Agreement and UCSF Agreement, respectively), provided that:
