By LinkedIn. LinkedIn represents and warrants that: (i) the Service will be provided in accordance with, and will not violate applicable laws, rules or regulations; and (ii) by using the Service in accordance with this Agreement, Customer will not violate or in any way infringe upon the personal or proprietary rights of any third party, (iii) to its knowledge, the Software/Service does not contain any virus, worm, Trojan horse, time bomb or similar contaminating or destructive feature; and (iv) LinkedIn holds all necessary rights to permit the use of the Service and all components thereof provided to Customer under this Agreement.
