Common use of By MariaDB Clause in Contracts

By MariaDB. MariaDB represents and warrants to Customer that (i) MariaDB has the full right and power to enter into and perform this Agreement without the consent of any third party and (ii) during the Term, MariaDB shall provide Support in a professional and workmanlike manner.
