Common use of By Planet Clause in Contracts

By Planet. Planet may terminate this Agreement immediately, and without requirement for a Cure Period, upon notice to Licensee if Licensee: (i) violates any of the restrictions set forth in Section 3.2 (Restrictions) or otherwise uses the Licensed Materials outside of rights granted under this Agreement; or (ii) violates any of the applicable terms set forth in Section 12 (Compliance) below.
