By Principal Investigator or Institution. Neither Principal Investigator nor Institution may assign his/her/its rights or delegate or subcontract any duties under this Agreement without written permission from CRO. If CRO authorizes delegation or subcontracting, the party that delegated or subcontracted its duties remains responsible to CRO for the performance of those duties.
