Common use of By the Cooperative Clause in Contracts

By the Cooperative. The Cooperative may terminate this Agreement by: (1) Giving ten (10) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member if the Cooperative Member breaches this Agreement; or (2) Giving thirty (30) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member with or without cause.

By the Cooperative. The Cooperative may terminate this Agreement by: (1) Giving ten (10) 10 days notice by certified mail as provided in Article III, Section 14, to the Cooperative Member if the Cooperative Member breaches this Agreement; or (2) Giving thirty (30) 30 days notice by certified mail as provided in Article III, Section 14, to the Cooperative Member with or without cause.

By the Cooperative. The Cooperative may terminate this Agreement by: (1) Giving ten (10) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member Member, if the Cooperative Member breaches this Agreementfails or refuses to make the payments or contributions as herein provided; or (2) Giving thirty (30) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member, if the Cooperative Member with fails to abide by this Agreement, the Guidelines of the Cooperative, or without causeany procedure of the Cooperative.

By the Cooperative. The Cooperative may terminate this Agreement by: by giving thirty (1) Giving ten (1030) days notice by certified mail to the Cooperative Member if the Cooperative Member breaches fails to abide by this Agreement; or (2) Giving thirty (30) days notice , or by certified mail to state laws of the Cooperative Member with State of Texas or without causeany procedure of the Cooperative.
