Common use of By the Executive for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

By the Executive for Good Reason. The Executive may terminate his employment hereunder for Good Reason by (A) providing notice to the Company specifying in reasonable detail the condition giving rise to the Good Reason no later than the thirtieth (30th) day following the occurrence of that condition; (B) providing the Company a period of thirty (30) days to remedy the condition and so specifying in the notice and (C) terminating his employment for Good Reason within thirty (30) days following the expiration of the period to remedy if the Company fails to remedy the condition. The following, if occurring without the Executive’s consent, shall constitute “Good Reason” for termination by the Executive:

The Executive may terminate his employment hereunder for Good Reason by (A) providing Reason, upon notice to the Company specifying setting forth in reasonable detail the condition giving rise to the nature of such Good Reason no later than the thirtieth (30th) day following the occurrence of Reason, provided that condition; (B) providing the Company a period of thirty (30) days to remedy the condition and so specifying in the he gives such notice and (C) terminating his employment for Good Reason within thirty (30) days following from the expiration date the Executive became aware (or the date the Executive reasonably should have become aware) of the period to remedy if the Company fails to remedy the condition. The followingoccurrence, if occurring without the Executive’s express written consent, of any of the events constituting Good Reason, and provided further that, in the case of any event which is capable of being cured, the Company shall have failed to effect a cure within twenty (20) days following its receipt of such notice.
