Cable Modem. You may provide your own cable modem at your own cost, or you may rent the cable modem from Breezeline. If you rent the cable modem from Breezeline, upon termination of the Internet Service for any reason, you must return the cable modem to Breezeline in substantially the same condition as it was in when Breezeline originally provided it to you, normal wear and tear excepted. If you choose to provide your own modem, it must be DOCSIS compliant; provided however, that Breezeline makes no representation about whether or to what extent any Subscriber provided modem will operate with the Internet Service. Breezeline will have no obligation to install, support, maintain, repair or replace any cable modem that you provide. Any questions concerning a cable modem that you supply should be directed to the manufacturer of that product.
