Cable Removal and Disposition. Cable removed from the Cable Car system will become the property of the Supplier. City personnel will rewind removed cable onto the Supplier’s reels. Reels and used cable shall be picked up by the Supplier within five (5) calendar days after notification by the Cable Car Group, and at Supplier’s expense.

  • Retention and disposal 9.5.1. Information shared under this Agreement will be securely stored and disposed by secure means when no longer required for the purpose for which it is provided as per each parties’ Information Security Policy, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case, and legally permitted. Each party will determine and maintain their own retention schedule.

  • Access To, Return, and Disposition of Data Upon written request of LEA, Operator shall dispose of or delete all Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, and transfer said data to LEA or LEA’s designee within sixty (60) days of the date of termination and according to a schedule and procedure as the Parties may reasonably agree. Operator acknowledges LEA’s obligations regarding retention of governmental data, and shall not destroy Data except as permitted by LEA. Nothing in the Service Agreement shall authorize Operator to maintain Data obtained under the Service Agreement beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition. Disposition shall include (1) the shredding of any hard copies of any Data; (2) Data Destruction; or (3) Otherwise modifying the personal information in those records to make it unreadable or indecipherable. Operator shall provide written notification to LEA when the Data has been disposed of. The duty to dispose of Data shall not extend to data that has been de-identified or placed in a separate Student account, pursuant to the other terms of the DPA. The LEA may employ a “Request for Return or Deletion of Data” FORM, a sample of this form is attached on Exhibit “D”). Upon receipt of a request from the LEA, the Operator will immediately provide the LEA with any specified portion of the Data within five (5) business days of receipt of said request.

  • OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and objective as set forth in Paragraph E or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing regarding OIG’s basis for determining that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix. Indivior shall have 30 days from the date of OIG’s written notice to provide information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities in order to resolve the concerns identified by OIG. If, following OIG’s review of any information provided by Indivior regarding the IRO, OIG determines that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing that Indivior shall be required to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. Indivior must engage a new IRO within 60 days of its receipt of OIG’s written notice. The final determination as to whether or not to require Indivior to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG. APPENDIX B INDEPENDENT REVIEW ORGANIZATION REVIEWS

  • INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund.   • DISPOSITION OF EQUIPMENT The Grantee shall provide to the State, not less than 30 calendar days prior to submission of the final invoice, an itemized inventory of equipment purchased with funds provided by the State. The inventory shall include all items with a current estimated fair market value of more than $5,000.00 per item. Within 60 calendar days of receipt of such inventory the State shall provide the Grantee with a list of the items on the inventory that the State will take title to. All other items shall become the property of the Grantee. The State shall arrange for delivery from the Grantee of items that it takes title to.   • Graffiti Removal Graffiti is detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the community in that it promotes a perception in the community that the laws protecting public and private property can be disregarded with impunity. This perception fosters a sense of disrespect of the law that results in an increase in crime; degrades the community and leads to urban blight; is detrimental to property values, business opportunities and the enjoyment of life; is inconsistent with the City’s property maintenance goals and aesthetic standards; and results in additional graffiti and in other properties becoming the target of graffiti unless it is quickly removed from public and private property. Graffiti results in visual pollution and is a public nuisance. Graffiti must be abated as quickly as possible to avoid detrimental impacts on the City and County and its residents, and to prevent the further spread of graffiti.

  • Data Disposition When the contracted work has been completed or when the Data is no longer needed, except as noted above in Section 5.b, Data shall be returned to DSHS or destroyed.
