Common use of ---CABLE SYSTEM INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

---CABLE SYSTEM INFORMATION. The Licensee shall file annually with the Issuing Authority a statistical summary of the operations of the Cable System. Said report shall include, but not be limited to, (i) the number of Basic Service Subscribers, (ii) the number of dwelling units passed, and (iii) the number of plant miles in construction/upgrade or completed.

The Licensee may submit such information subject to Section 13.1(b) above.

Such information shall, if requested by the Licensee and so deemed under applicable law, be considered proprietary.
