CABLE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS. (a) Comcast has designed, constructed, constructed and shall maintain a Cable System that has been built for meeting digital television standardsstandards with the capability of providing Cable Service. At the time of execution of this Franchise Agreement, the cable system shall have the capability to provide video and audio reception in both standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) channels.
