CABLE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS. (a) Comcast has designed, constructed, and shall maintain a Cable System that has been built for digital television standards. (b) Comcast reserves the right to alter, adjust, modify, rebuild, upgrade, redesign, or otherwise reconfigure the Cable System at any time during the term of the Agreement, provided that no alteration, adjustment, modification, rebuild, upgrade, redesign or other reconfiguration of the Cable System shall have the effect of reducing the technical capabilities of the Cable System as set forth in Section 3.1.
