Cablecaster's Errors and Omission Insurance. Grantee shall maintain insurance to cover the content of productions which are cablecast on an access channel in, at minimum, the following areas: libel and slander; copyright or trademark infringement; infliction of emotional distress or invasion of privacy; plagiarism; misuse of musical or literary materials. This policy shall not be required to cover individual access producers.
