OPERATE A COMMUNITY ACCESS CENTER. MCOE shall manage a video production, cable broadcast, and electronic media facility, with related equipment (collectively “Facility”). The Facilities shall be located at 000 X.00xx Xxxxxx and 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. MCOE shall staff and maintain regular business office hours from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. in order to receive production submittals and inquiries. MCOE Facility shall be available for program submittals from all persons and entities who qualify under the MCOE’s eligibility requirements, which shall at a minimum include adequate proof of residency or other sufficient nexus with the County of Merced (“Qualified Persons”).

Access to equipment and facilities shall be open to all those who satisfactorily complete training class(es) provided by OPERATOR or who receive a certification from the OPERATOR, identifying said user(s) as having satisfied training requirements through means other than OPERATOR training classes.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
