Common use of CAE SERVICES Clause in Contracts

CAE SERVICES. CAE Services consist of two steps. In a first step (“Build Phase”), Features will be developed based on Customer’s Business Requirements and Software Requirements (together “Requirements”). In a second step (“Run Phase”), the Features will be provided to Customer as a Cloud Service. The Features will not be delivered to Customer separately and Customer will only be allowed to use the Features with a valid Order Form for the respective CAE Services in place.
